Spring Picture Days are next week. Purchasing Spring pictures is optional. All students will have their picture taken, to avoid any miscommunication about which students are or aren't ordering pictures. There are two options for dress on Picture Day - "Sunday Best" on their assigned picture day or school uniform. Picture Day does not = NUT Day

1. First grade Giving Tree stick cross. A most special project for the LCS 1st graders. 1B gathered sticks under the Giving Tree and painted them. 1A said a prayer thanking the Giving Tree for all it has done for our school community and arranged the sticks into a cross. The Giving Tree lives on in our hearts always.
Creation Coasters
Inspired by Genesis Chapter 1, these mosaic "Creation Coasters" were crafted by the 1st grade classes as a celebration of God's handiwork of land, sea, sun and sky. This is a set of 4 coasters that are 4 x 4 inch squares.
God is Love
A daily reminder of God's infinite love for us! The frame measures 11 x 14 inches and includes hardware on the back for easy hanging. Made with love by our 1st graders

A lovely standout piece, highlighting Joan of Arc as well as all our LCS pre-K students. Each students picked out and placed a wood cross on the wall hanging. Would be so sweet in any home.

Each LCS prek child colored a tile. They were attached together on this cross. Definitely one of a kind.

This beautiful all-school student artwork is dedicated to a most special site at LCS: our Giving Tree. We will miss seeing the mighty tree out the classroom windows next year. One lucky winner will get to display this piece in their home forever.

1. The sweetest project - new this year: a prayer board. Each kindergartener rolled a heart made of clay. They were all attached to the prayer board. 💕

2. Handmade 3D engraved, delicate wooden flowers were each painted by a kindergartener. This is the classiest project!
3. Nativity Set ✝️
An extremely special project. Each kindergartener went on a treasure hunt around the Giving Tree to find acorn tops. They were cleaned, painted in a clear coat and attached to the roof of a handmade wood stable. What a lovely memory to last of our LCS Giving Tree.
Also included is a hand painted wooden peg doll complete nativity set. This 14-piece set includes: Mary, Joseph, Baby Jesus and a manger, Three Wisemen, Shepherd and three sheep, Donkey, Cow, and Angel with wings (Be aware that the wings are fragile and may break off if dropped or thrown). Made and finished with nontoxic acrylic paint and varnish. Tallest dolls measure 2-3/8 inches, and the smallest is 1-1/4 inches tall. Sets are meant to be played with; however, they may show signs of wear if they are played with roughly. Not intended for babies or children who mouth toys.

1. The 2-Day and 3-Day Preschoolers enjoyed choosing and placing mosaic tiles onto this cross. It measures 12" x 8"
2. Each preschool student placed tiny, natural, smooth seas glass pieces on a rustic cross. Each had a slight pastel color to it. So lovely in any home. Measures: 8.5” x 14.5”
